When you read this our traveling bocce will be over. We all had lots of fun playing other local communities. Special thanks to Tom and with the help of his wife Annette for organizing traveling bocce.
Just a reminder, our Annual Awards & Luncheon will be held October 6, 2023. It will be Friday, October 6 at 1 PM. Tickets are on sale at our meetings and the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month in Clubhouse I from 12-1 PM.
We would love to get new members for our 2024 season. Please talk to your neighbors and friends. Remind them that you do not need experience. All are welcome.
Please read The Bulletin for our next meetings. Happy Fall!

Casual Bocce is back for it’s incredible FIFTH season!!!
Casual Bocce is the same game that you already know and love; bocce without the set teams or measuring the balls. Or maybe you don’t know the game and want to give it a try?
Games are currently played from 9-11AM on Saturday mornings at Clubhouse 1 on the Bocce Courts. While there is always room for everyone to play, it is encouraged to call ahead to make sure there is a game going or that there is room. The season is anticipated to progress up until Thanksgiving.
We are NOT associated with the Official Bocce League which will run concurrently earlier in the week. For the Official Bocce League information, please see their post right here in the newsletter.
For any questions or information, call Steve Abramson at 609-661-0794.

RED THREE!!! – SEVEN KRAK!!! – If either or both of those phrases mean anything to you then you’ve in the right place.
What IS the Friendship Club?
The Friendship Club is a group of men and women who meet on Mondays and Fridays from 12:30PM-4:00PM in the Poker Room in Clubhouse 1.
We are a group of about 15 people that love to play Canasta (Hand-And-Foot) and Mah-Jongg.
We always have coffee and snacks around 2PM in the kitchen (Members all take turns bringing snacks)
Conversation and laughs are always had; and the occasional get together is had outside the clubhouse. We also celebrate birthdays on a monthly basis.
If you’d like to join a friendly group of adults and can play either Canasta or Mah-Jongg (OR you’d like to learn), please don’t hesitate to come on down on those days and say “hi!”
For more information, call Steve Abramson at 609-661-0794

By the time you read this, Bocce, with the exception of playoffs and traveling, will be over. Playoff dates and teams to be announced.
We will be having an important meeting Tuesday, August 8 at 4pm in clubhouse 1. All should try to attend. We will be discussing our Bocce luncheon and also go over some important rules. Many during the season have asked and made some suggestions. We would love to hear them at the meeting.
Also would like to give a shout out to Tom Porpora for a wonderful job as traveling coordinator. Please remember to call him if unable to play. People who signed up for traveling and decided not to play, could you please return the shirts to us.
